Limited Warranty/Product Guarantee:

We warrant all the products we sell to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal operating conditions and proper application in accordance with the specifications for operation as described by the manufacturer for the period of six months from invoicing date. Seller warrants the articles to be free from defects in material and workmanship and no special, incidental, consequential or other damage shall be recoverable by the seller. We shall not be liable for consequential damages or contingent liabilities including, but not limited to, injury or loss of life, loss of crops, loss due to water or fire damage, loss of business income, down time costs and trade, sales or other commercial loss relative to the failure of the product. We will in no event be liable for any sum in excess of the price we received for the product for which liability is claimed or asserted. 

Unless otherwise stated, the products that we offer are new and guaranteed to meet or exceed OEM quality standards and specifications. Over 90% of our products are OEM sourced from the same manufacturers that supply the equipment manufacturers, with the exception of remanufactured and aftermarket parts.

Shipping Policy:

For orders shipping to the continental U.S., please allow four to five business days for delivery unless otherwise communicated. Orders shipping outside of the continental U.S. take longer so please inquire for our closest available arrival time. This internet platform does not offer any shipping method other than USPS, but we do. If you would like to receive your order via a carrier other than the postal service, please let us know. Otherwise, we will choose the most efficient carrier available. If you are unsure about shipping, we encourage you to contact us for a quote. Our shipping process includes a required signature upon delivery to protect your purchase.

Core Policy:

Parts and units being returned for core charge refunds must not have internal rust and/or corrosion, must not have been in a fire, and must be in repairable condition (i.e. not completely destroyed) to be accepted. Cores will be inspected upon receipt and refund checks will be sent to the return address the core part or unit is sent from.

Refund/Return Policy:

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it (unused and uninstalled) and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 15 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. Unless the return is due to our error, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be included in the refund. Restock fees may apply.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If the item is returned and found to be damaged or shows signs of being installed, the product will be returned to you at your expense and you will not receive a refund.
