-Mounting gasket and bolts included.
 
**You are paying $821.25 for the control, and $150.00 for the core charge. Once you have the COMPLETE control core boxed and ready to ship back to us, we will email you a shipping label. Once we receive the core, we will issue a check for the core charge.
 
**Cores cannot have been in a fire, and must be returned assembled.
